Talon Grip for Walther P99 Compact extended magazine, Rubber
In the past, shooters were forced to improve the grip of weapons by using skateboard tape to roughen the surface. This tape is though designed for sticking to wood and polymers, so that it did not stick well to polymer and metal grip panels and the glue remained on them after spontaneous detachment of the tape.
Another possibility was stippling, i.e. roughening the surface of the stock with soldering iron. It was though an irreversible modification, reducing the value of the weapon and in case of poor or unsatisfactory result, it was necessary to change the whole body.
Talon Grips do not have any of these disadvantages. After gluing and heating, they adhere perfectly to the weapon and thanks to their small thickness do not change the shape of the stock.
The rubber version of the Talon Grip reduces slipping due to sweating palms and hands, allowing for a much better and more secure grip. This variant is suitable for pistols and accessories used for everyday carry, as it does not tear clothing or irritate the skin.
