The Hawke Sidewinder 30 SF 6-24x56 Half MilDot Riflescope is a high performance optical sight designed for medium and long range shooting and hunting. The riflescope is fully waterproof, shockproof and nitrogen filled, preventing internal fogging. It is designed to withstand the rigors of the field.

The high magnification range of 6-24x allows shooting at various distances with high accuracy. The large 56mm objective lens diameter provides high light gathering, ensuring a quality image even in low light conditions. The robust tube has a diameter of 30mm and thus increases the strength of the riflescope. The lenses are fully multi-coated (18 layers) with anti-reflective coating, which maximizes image clarity, contrast and reduces glare. 

The Half MilDot (20x) crosshair is a specially designed crosshair optimized for precision long-range shooting and is calibrated for accurate range estimation and ballistic drop compensation at various magnifications. The crosshair has markings corresponding to half-milliradian (0.5 Mil). This provides a finer and more detailed measurement compared to a standard Mil-Dot cross. The cross is illuminated and has 6 levels of illumination with the ability to turn off between positions.

The scope has resettable turrets for elevation and lateral correction. Once the scope is set to zero, you can reset the turrets to that position so that the zero position becomes the starting point for all further adjustments. Once set to the desired value, you can lock the turret, ensuring that no unwanted changes occur during transport or handling. The turrets also have a small viewing hole that allows the shooter to visually check the current turret position without having to take his eyes off the aiming point. This transparent indicator provides quick visual feedback on how far the turret has been rotated from the zero position. It can also assist in verifying that the turret is properly reset or locked. The turret provides tactile and audible feedback with each click. Each click corresponds to 1/10 MRAD.

The parallax is adjusted by the Side Focus (SF) wheel, allowing accurate focus at various distances without changing the shooter's position. This adjustment is quick and convenient, increasing shooting efficiency.
