Randy came up with the idea for a knife with one purpose - breaking down game in the most effective, efficient way possible. And that is why the DTS was created.

Undoubtedly, its biggest advantage is that it features 2 different blades:

1. primary blade (plain edge) made of stainless steel 440 C, which is used mainly for perfect meat processing and "finer work"
2. secondary blade (serrated edge) - the Tendon Tool made of strong and highly resistant D2 steel for processing  tough tendons, cartilage, skin and other similar parts of the animal's body

Whether using the Gutless Method or a traditional open cavity method, the DTS is more than capable of working through multiple elk with its clever Tendon Tool, preserving the life of the primary blade. Cutting those tough-to-get-to tendons and swedging the atlas joint apart will no longer be the demise of your knife.

The purposeful no pocket clip design makes the DTS ideal for multiple grip styles as well as ambidextrous use. Cleaning the knife after use is easy with barrel construction and a pivot lock. With a smart design that even an atlas joint can’t phase, the DTS is an ideal companion for a big game hunt.
