Description
Outdoor Tactical Pants by helikon
They have retained all functionalities of their predecessor, but some details were tweaked to better fit the terrain use. The fabric used is light, elastic and superbly breathable. Lends itself superbly for outdoor activities. Protects from light rain and winter. Dries quickly.
The cut and pocket layout retain the civilian outlook, not disclosing the operator. The OTP® design allows to carry all essential equipment, and anatomic cut does not hinder movements. Elastic waistband and velcro-closure allow a degree of adjustability within size. Large belt loops allow wide belts to be used (EDC, UTL® or Cobra®, up to 50 mm width). The jeans cut on the rear part of the pants prevents them from sliding down.
Pocket layout allows to distribute the load close to the center mass – around hips and waist. Pocket edges are reinforced to withstand constant sliding of the light and knives clips. Two Velcro-closed front pockets are big enough to take a smart phone – or a spare rifle (AK/AR) magazine. Zippered thigh pockets seem small enough, but they would carry a wallet or a small pouch.
Internal knee pockets allow to use our Neoprene Low Profile Protection Pads. A wide variety of colors allow to find the proper one to match the working conditions or other garments.

- the material, its properties, I even managed to hit the color
- maybe it would like a wide belt that doesn't whistle in the "x-ray" when I go to work

- Cut, elastic material, urban style, excellent trousers, I really like wearing them.
- The back small pocket of the 5.11 can fit a credit card, not here. The large side pocket could also have a binder in the inner space, for example a rubber one sewn in the middle. e.g. to place the mobile so that it does not move in it. Unfortunately, the mobile phone in a durable case cannot fit in the small side pocket, so I did not try the magazine. I had the same model 4 years ago and the pockets seem to have shrunk a bit.

- Do zadní malé kapsy se u 5.11 vejde kreditka tady ne, Velká boční kapsa by mohla mít ve vnitřním prostoru ještě pořadač třeba gumový uprostřed přišitý. např. pro umístění mobilu, aby se v ní nepohyboval. Protože mobil v odolném obalu se do malé boční kapsy bohužel nevejde, zásobník jsem nezkoušel. Měl jsem stejný model před 4 roky a zdá se mi, že se kapsy trochu zmenšily.
