Leapers / UTG is an American firearms accessories manufacturer and importer based in Livonia, Michigan. They are known for their affordable bipods, scopes, rails, and optics.

A classic case of the American dream come true, Leapers, Inc was founded on May 8th, 1992 in Canton, Michigan by Tai-Lai (Tina) Ding and Dung-Ju (David) Ding in garage. David Ding was a former Taiwanese police officer.

Their first product was a 4X28 compact scope but now they have a 150,000 ft 2 complex in Livonia, Michigan where they make a variety of products. Some of them are imported, usually from China, while their Made-in-USA UTG PRO line is made in the United States of America.
