The Juliett MRE pack contains 21 servings of vegetarian food to ensure you have enough food for a week in the great outdoors, or you can stock up on this pack at home for emergencies. Preparing the meals is very simple, just add hot water up to the crease on the package. You can also add cold water and heat the food directly in the pack over a small flame. All meals are freeze-dried and do not lose their natural flavour or nutritional value. Thanks to this process, they also have a shelf life of up to 8 years.
