I bought another one, already the fourth in the order, because the first one is already after several years (more than 5 years), of daily use, but you can see that it just doesn't hang around ;-), so I treated myself to a new one and I have the old one in backup because it is still fully functional. I have several of them on several pants, because I found it impractical to keep unzipping, re-fastening and fastening. GREAT for me!

The maxpedition patch is on the side facing the body, ie. not visible. Of course, if you want to have the carabiner turned logically in the direction in which it will be more securely attached to the belt.
