Probably the most famous army that uses hats is the Australian army with their so-called "Australian bush hat" or a "digger hat". However, hats are also popular in other armies around the world - for example, the Czech Army has its hats in their official vz. 95 camouflage pattern. Of course, very popular are also the US Army hats. In addition to being standard military equipment, army hats are also a popular type of headwear outside the military for a wide variety of outdoor activities. Hats are particularly popular amongst hikers, fishermen or travel enthusiasts.
