The ComplEAT Griddle offers an innovative non-stick surface with a unique technology that ensures an even temperature distribution. This full sized griddle is made out of high quality carbon steel and with its negligible weight, it will then offer the same grilling and non-stick properties as a standard iron cast griddle. The square shape of the pan will allow maximum use of space and the high edges will ensure that all the juices stay on the pan.
