Cat Resources is an American manufacturer of tourniquets for use in combat or crisis situations. C-A-T® (Combat Application Tourniquet®) tourniquets completely stop blood flow in traumatic injuries with severe bleeding, even by using one hand only. C-A-T® tourniquets save lives, that is also evidenced by statistics of the US armed forces, which introduced C-A-T® tourniquets for one-handed use in 2005.
