CARINTHIA G-LOFT MIG 4.0 JACKET

The G-Loft MIG (Medium Insulation Garment) model from Austrian manufacturer Carinthia is a model developed in cooperation with members of uniformed units and is designed for all those looking for quality workmanship and top features. The medium insulation level sets the comfort temperature limit down to -15°C. 

G-LOFT synthetic insulation combined with Carinthia's innovative ISO Mapping® technology for arranging materials into thermal zones helps the jacket generate and retain heat exactly where it is needed. The outer material uses a special IR CAMO treatment that, together with specially treated seams, reduces the emission of infrared radiation, making it difficult to be detected by night vision devices. All this is complemented by a Gore-Tex Windstopper® membrane, so the jacket provides protection not only from the cold, but also from wind and moisture. Stressed areas such as the elbows and shoulders are reinforced with Cordura material for increased durability and longer service.

The jacket has a well-designed anatomical cut that does not restrict movement and does not limit even during the most difficult tasks. The high collar is lined inside with soft material, which not only increases comfort but also protects the neck from the cold. The collar is followed by a spacious insulated hood with a drawstring and a small visor. Unwanted heat leaks are prevented by the drawstring at the bottom of the jacket and the knitted adjustable cuffs on the sleeves. There are also zipped ventilation holes in the armpits to allow excess heat to escape during more intense activities.

The jacket has a total of 7 pockets for your essential equipment. All external pockets have special hems to prevent wind and moisture ingress, and the two largest hand pockets are lined inside with a warm fleece lining. Inside you will find two more mesh zipped pockets. 

Tactical features are complemented by several Velcro panels on which you can place your patches or ID panels. A practival pouch is also included, into which the jacket can be easily packed.
