CARINTHIA G-LOFT HIG 4.0 JACKET

The G-Loft HIG (High Insulation Garment) jacket is designed to provide you with movement freedom and thermal comfort even in temperatures well below freezing (down to -20 °C). So if you're heading into a real winter, this professional high insulated tactical jacket is a great choice.

G-LOFT synthetic insulation combined with Carinthia's innovative ISO Mapping® thermal zone material arrangement technology helps the jacket generate and retain heat exactly where it's needed. The outer material uses a special IR CAMO treatment that, together with specially treated seams, reduces the emission of infrared radiation, making it difficult to be detected by night vision devices. All this is complemented by a Gore-Tex Windstopper® membrane, so the jacket provides protection not only from the cold, but also from wind and moisture. Stressed areas such as the elbows and shoulders are reinforced with Cordura material for increased durability and longer service.

The collar conceals a spacious hood with drawstring and on the inside you will find a sewn strip of fabric (lycra) called "windguard neck" to protect the neck from the wind in any body position (kneeling, bending). Unwanted heat leaks in cold temperatures are prevented by the drawcord at the bottom of the jacket and the knitted adjustable cuffs on the sleeves. There are also zipped ventilation holes in the underarms to allow excess heat to escape during more strenuous activities.

The jacket has a total of 8 pockets for your essential equipment. All outer pockets have special hems to prevent wind and moisture from entering. The pockets on the arms have practical features such as a loop for holding keys, pencils or other small items. The two main large pockets conceal elasticated hood drawstrings so that the hood can be pulled down without removing your hands from the pockets if necessary. On the inside you will find two more mesh zippered pockets and one classic chest pocket. 

Tactical features are complemented by several Velcro panels on which you can place your patches or ID panels. Also included is a pouch into which the jacket can be easily packed.
